Order Processing Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
Paw Wizards works with fulfillment partners to get your order to you, so delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs We currently offer free shipping within the United States. Any other shipping rates will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at pawwizards@proton.me and we'll look into it with the carrier.
